  • Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

  • Refunds for coaching are at our discretion and may depend on individual circumstances.

Coaching is not counselling, therapy, or a clinical service.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, as results depend on individual effort and engagement.

4. Payments

All payments for digital products and coaching sessions must be made in full at the time of purchase or booking.

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final unless required by consumer law.

Coaching Services

Completed sessions are non-refundable.
